To enhance racegoers experience and also encourage online and social sharing ‘hotspots’ were implemented in key areas of the paddock. The large billboard that is viewed upon exiting the paddock area has been a great success with coverage in the likes of the Daily Mail. The Flower Wall was probably the biggest job to implement and a lot of time was spent exploring how best to execute the biggest photo opportunity on the course. This piece is used at every raceday not just as a stand alone piece but also provides a key identifier as a hotspot for on the day activation like a best dressed competition. Finally, the giant letters reiterate the social links and encourage posting but also create the perfect photo op.
