BLOW By Suave – a slice of heaven in the heart of the city.
On Lower Bridge Street, heading out towards Handbridge, is a pair of perfectly complimentary salons for him and her. I walk by them every morning and love the interiors, the independent, boutique style. It turns out, the luxurious vibe isn’t just limited to the decor.
I thought I would treat myself to a pedicure before I went on mu holibobs and trawled online sites looking for something that wasn’t mega expensive but still felt like an indulgent reward. I settled on BLOW by Suave after a friend recommended them (her nails always look fabulous) and it was a steal at just £26. I headed in on a Thursday evening and it was quiet; enjoyable after a long day at work. But I can imagine it has a real buzz on a Saturday when all the girls come to get their glam on for the night.
I chose to have the rose petal pedicure and loved that it was all set up on arrival, all I had to do was relax in one of the squishy chairs and be well and truly pampered. I have to give bonus points for the free prosecco, which went down an absolute treat! They have a small but varied collection of OPI nail products and I settled on pastel tangerine, as I thought it would compliment those tanned toes I planned on getting.
I can’t recommend this place enough; the staff were all so friendly and the atmosphere is chic and modern. I can’t wait to book my next treatment, I can hear the prosecco calling my name already!
